Shipping Information:


Curvaceous Chic Woman, LLC offers convenient shipping within the United States (Continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii), Australia and Canada. Shipping costs and/or Virginia state sales tax (5.00% - VA residents only) will be added to an order's grand total during the check-out process. Shipping is calculated prior to any applicable discounts or coupons.

UPS shipping services we offer are: UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Standard to Canada, Saturday Delivery shipping (where available), UPS Worldwide Expedited, and UPS Worldwide Saver.

Your order may be sent in multiple boxes or shipments - however, you are only charged one shipping charge no matter how many boxes it takes to ship your order. Shipping rates are subject to change without notice.

International shipping will be charged according to costs set forth by UPS based on the weight of your order. You can determine the shipping cost by adding merchandise to your shopping cart and then choosing the appropriate UPS shipping method.

International Customers: Import duties, taxes and brokerage fees on items shipped to countries outside of the U.S. are established by the local Customs office within your own country and are not a part of the shipping charges that are charged by Curvaceous Chic Woman. Taxes, PST & GST, will vary based on the location to which the items are shipped. The duty is determined by the value of the merchandise and is determined by your local Customs office.

It is the responsibility of each customer to pay his/her duties and custom fees. We have no way of determining this amount. However, you can contact your local Customs office for this information prior to placing your order.

Please Note: If charges are levied in your country and you refuse to pay them, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package. These costs will be subtracted from your merchandise refund and your credit card will be charged accordingly.

The following information is a general guideline on charges levied by the particular country and is subject to change. It is your responsibility to contact your local Customs office to determine the additional customs charges for your particular order.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) via UPS (United Parcel Service). Merchandise that is available will usually ship within 2-4 business days. Each item on our web site has a listed time frame on when that particular item ships from our warehouse. Excluded from this time frame are backorders, or out of stock merchandise. If there is a problem, you will be notified via email and given the option of canceling your order. Once your item ships, ground shipping will usually take up to 10 days.



Ship-to Address:


We would need to verify the ship-to address of our customers with the credit card companies. If your ship-to address is different from your billing address, please inform your credit card companies to include your ship-to address in your record so that our customer service representative can effectively verify it with your credit card company.

We appreciate your help in this regard as this will certainly expedite the shipping process of your order. If the ship-to address is different from your billing address and is not listed with your credit card company, it may result in significant delays to the shipment of your order.

If our customer service representative ultimately can not verify the ship-to address, it may result in the cancellation of the order altogether. We hope you will understand that we need to safeguard the security of our transactions.



Exchanges and Returns:


We have taken the hassle out of returns and exchanges! If you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days from shipping. We will gladly exchange or issue credit/refund of the purchase price. We have established the following return policy:

  1. Items exceeding the 30-day limit are eligible for a store credit or an exchange, up to a year from the date the credit is issued.
  2. The item must be in perfect condition with the original labels attached. Worn, soiled, odorous, damaged, or altered items cannot be returned and will not have a credit issued upon return. We will ship any damaged merchandise back to the customer and the re-shipping costs will be the charged back to the credit card that was used to purchase the original order.
  3. All refunds will be issued in the same manner as paid. There are no exceptions.
  4. Curvaceous Chic Woman, LLC is not responsible for shipping costs and/or duties and custom fees on returns and exchanges unless the merchandise that you received was defective or damaged. We suggest that you track and insure all returns to prevent lost packages. Curvaceous Chic Woman will not be responsible for any lost packages returned to us.   
  5. In the event that you receive wrong merchandise or a defective item, we will refund the original purchase price, shipping and other fees via a credit refund in the same manner in which the item(s) were originally paid. Please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your merchandise by calling our customer service department at (804) 425-7329 (Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. EST) or fill out the Request A Return/Exchange Form . We will email you a UPS shipping return label for your package at no charge to you. If you requested a refund, your refund will be issued in the same manner it was paid. If you requested an exchange we will issue your replacement item (subject to availability) at our cost once we receive the wrong returned item.
  6. We do not accept C.O.D. returned items.
  7. Curvaceous Chic Woman, LLC is unable to make any price adjustments on previously placed orders.
  8. International Orders - It is the responsibility of each customer to pay his/her duties and custom fees on any returned items. We have no way of determining this amount. However, you can contact your customs office for this information. If charges are levied in your country and you refuse to pay them, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package.   9. If you are exchanging your item for a different size, color or for a new item, please indicate the new size, color and item number on the Curvaceous Chic Woman Return/Exchange Form that will be emailed to you. Please mail your completed form back with your return. We will ship you the new item upon receipt of the returned merchandise. If the item you are requesting is not available, we will notify you via e-mail. Customers are responsible for the re-shipping costs and/or duties and custom fees on returns and exchanges, the only exceptions are items that were returned because it was defective or if you were sent the wrong item.


    1. After a return or exchange has been received, it will take up to 5 days to process. To determine if your return has been received call us at (804) 425-7329 or email us at, customer_care@curvaceouschicwoman.com. Please allow up to 30 days for your credit card holder to apply the credit to your account.


    Backordered Items:


    An order for an item that is temporarily out of stock is called a "backorder." When you purchase an item on backorder, we will ship the item to you as soon as it becomes available. If an item is backordered we will notify you via e-mail with an estimated shipping date. You are never charged for a back-ordered item until it is shipped, and you may cancel an item on backorder at any time by calling us at (804) 425-7329 or emailing us at, customer_care@curvaceouschicwoman.com.

    If your order consists of several items, one or more of which are on backorder, we will ship the in-stock items and only bill you for the items shipped. When the backordered items become available, we will ship them immediately.



    Canceling an Order:


    You may cancel an order within 3 hours of placing it at no charge by either calling our customer service department at 804-425-7329 or emailing us at, customer_care@curvaceouschicwoman.com. Orders are processed rather quickly and it may have already been shipped, but we do allow a 3-hour window for cancellation from the time you placed your order. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may return the merchandise once you receive it. If your package is refused after being shipped, you will still be charged for the shipping and also the return shipping. The shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount.



    How To Request A Refund/Exchange Request:


    Step # 1: Request A Return
    Fill out the Request A Return/Exchange Form and let us know the reason you wish to return your purchase. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help you avoid the need to return your merchandise in the future. We want you to be happy.

    Step #2: Receive A Return/Exchange Merchandise Authorization
    Once you submit your return form, you will receive a Curvaceous Chic Woman, “Return/Exchange Merchandise Authorization" email with the Return/Exchange form attached. Please include a printed copy of this form you will receive with your repackaged item. If you are unable to include a copy, please clearly print your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, item number, order number, and the reason you are returning or exchanging your item so that we may process your request as quickly as possible.

    Step #3: Pack It Up
    Please be sure to pack all merchandise included in your order carefully, as they were originally packaged. All items are subject to inspection before a refund will be issued. Returned items should not show signs of wear or damage.

    Please be advised that return shipping and handling is the responsibility of the buyer, unless the reason you are returning the item is because it was defective or you were sent the wrong item.

Please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your merchandise by filling out the “Request A Return/Exchange Form” located on the Curvaceous Chic Woman website.  We will email you a UPS postage paid return label; affix this label to your return package.  Next, take your package to any location of The UPS Store®, UPS Drop Box, UPS Customer Center, UPS Alliances (Office Depot® or Staples®) or an Authorized Shipping Outlet near you. To get additional information on UPS drop off locations, visit the UPS website.

    We suggest that you track and insure all returns to prevent lost packages. Curvaceous Chic Woman is not responsible for lost returned packages.

    Step #5: We Issue You A Refund, Merchandise Credit or Exchange
    Once we receive your return, it must pass an inspection before any credits can be issued. Once approved, a cash or credit refund will be issued and an email notification will be sent to you. Returns are usually processed with 5 business days after receipt of the returned merchandise.

If all representatives are busy, please leave a message so we can call you back. All calls will be returned by the end of the next business day.

    Enter your name and billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card and credit card statement. If you would like to ship to a secondary address such as your business address you will need to call your credit card company and have the second address added as an approved “billing” address by your credit card company.
